Our
booth usually has a large banner that says: "Are You A Good
Person? Take Our Simple Test And Get A Free Souvenir."
(The free souvenir is a pressed penny with the Ten Commandments.)
We have a questionnaire at our booth that has the good person test.
You can give the questionnaire to a person so they can take the
Good Person Test on their own. However, it is better if you go through
the questions with them and use this as a way to start a conversation
about the gospel.
The following is what is on that Good Person Test questionnaire:

"For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten
Son so that whoever believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal
life." - John 3:16
You have broken God's laws and have earned the just penalty. But
here's the good news. 2000 years ago Jesus died on the cross paying
the penalty you owe for breaking God's laws (sin). He then rose
from the grave showing us there truly is life after death and you
can have that life. If you accept this is true -- trust that Jesus
paid your penalty for sin in full, and repent (turn away from sin
and toward obeying God) -- you have this free gift from God. Your
penalty is paid by Jesus and you are free to enter heaven.
John 11:25-26, Acts 16:31, John 8:24
